Dr. Ouyang grew up in a doctor family and received his medical degree 1993 in China, his Texas Acupuncturist license in 2004 and his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2008 from Texas CHiropractic College. After moving to the US in 1999, Dr. Ouyang conducted extensive acupuncture research as a postdoctoral fellow at UTMB Galveston and as a research scientist at Transneuronix, Inc. His research resulted in several awards at the American and International conference, and has published articles.

Lefeber is an advocate and proponent to the advancement and understanding of Integrative Medicine and the role for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AOM) to play in this new paradigm of health care. Lefeber is a full member of Texas Medical Center/ Rice University Sigma Xi research society. He has several academic publications about AOM and has given presentations in the Texas Medical Center and International Conferences for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Lisha Qiu is a Licensed Acupuncturist in California and Texas. Graduated from Dongguk University, Los Angeles in 2003 with a Masters Degree in Science specializing in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She obtained California License in 2005 and Texas License in 2008. Lisha practiced in Los Angeles, Corpus Christi and Dallas. She is now living in Houston with her family. Lisha is also a Diplomate of Acupuncture and Herbology by the National Certification Council Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
